This is a set of five tubes of paint pigment by C Roberson complete with their original box.

As far as I can tell the tubes have not been opened.

The tubes also have very nice and clean labels.

The colour in all of them is Orange Alizarin and is a rare pigment.

I would suggest that they date from between 1890 to 1930.

They are a very nice set and could be used to make Watercolour and Oil paint as intended but of course could be used in other types of paint also.
