This beautiful box still retains all but three of its unopened full pans that I think are ceramic. 
 
The condition is also in my opinion very good. 
In fairness these green label boxes are built like tanks!There are of course scratches and chips here and there to the paint but as you can see in the photos it is still looking good after all those years. 
 
I would suggest that it was made between 1930 and 1945ish. 
Internally the paint is generally good again as you can see. 
 
Another lovely feature is that this has the spring powered bars to hold the paints in place rather than the v shaped flimsy type that are so easy to lose. 
 
Generally this is a really nice box that if looked after will last a lifetime.
