This is a complete set of Reeves Terrachrome crayons.

They were rather successful at the time and competed well with versions from other makers like Winsor Newton.

This set has sustained a few breakages which is very common with these. In fact many people purposely break them for ease of use. They are actually quite nice to use having good strong pigments. I often think of them a brighter coloured Conte crayons though they are softer.

It is a nice set with there original box .The box which is a little bit damaged on one of the closing flaps is still rather good. These crayons make a lovely addition to a watercolour box.

I would estimate that these were made in the 1930s to 1940s
